Have you made cloth masks before? Making a cloth mask does not have to be difficult.
We have been researching cloth mask making and we also have some experts on board to advise us on the best types of fabric to use, the shape of masks, the use of filters, nose bridges and elastic and ties etc.
Whilst there are many patterns available Masks for Mates currently require all our volunteers to follow our one recommended pattern which is a ‘Pleated Face Mask with a Filter Pocket’.
When you are ready to send masks to us please ensure that they are clean and sealed in plastic bags.
If you are mailing the masks please use a prepaid parcel postbag and keep the receipt if you require a refund.
